Anti-static filter selection technology

An antistatic filter is applied to a filter consisting of filter elements or using a single pulse nebulizer. The placement of the filter in the machine and equipment is very important, both the vertical arrangement on the flower plate of the case and the oblique arrangement on the flower plate, in terms of the actual ash removal effect, the vertical arrangement is more reasonable. The underside of the flower plate is the filter plate and the upper side is the single pulse chamber of the gas tank. Gas flow switchboards are installed at the inlet to the filter.
Anti-static filter has small size, high work efficiency, project investment savings, easy maintenance and other maintenance, but because of its small storage capacity for machinery and equipment, it is difficult to combine into large wind machines and equipment, wind filtration is low, narrow area of use, only in food, Welding and other areas of application, so for many years there can not be a large number of products for promotion.

1. Ash removal equipment
The previous anti-static filter has two ways to remove ash, one is the high-pressure gas flow against the hair dryer, one is the single-pulse gas flow injection, the practical operation shows that the previous maintenance is evenly distributed gas flow, the disadvantage is a large amount of air; the back of the maintenance is a small amount of air, and the disadvantage is a weak gas flow. Thus, two improvements can be made: on the one hand, to raise the drainage equipment on the single pulse nozzle, to increase the inducing action of the gas flow, and on the other hand, to cancel the upper filter drainage tube, so that the single pulse gas flow and the induced gas flow together fully enter the antistatic filter.
2. Distribution plate
The distribution of the gas flow in anti-static filters is important, and it is necessary to take full account of how to avoid the area of high damage to the filters when entering machinery and equipment, given the higher wind. The gas flow distribution plate has unique standards for filters, the gas flow distribution requires a very stable and uniform distribution.
